The bright lights from the ceiling and the excitement that you can see on everybody's faces offers an aura of anticipation and exhiliration. The way everyone is linked arm to arm in a line creates a leading line that snakes right along the line of people and beyond the photograph. This creates a sense of continuity and depicts unity for all the people at the event. The composition of the people--some seem to be jumping up and down, some are looking up, some are looking straight ahead--show that there are many things happening all around them.
